If something is not quite right with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if your order is eligible for return.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn merchandise that is in it's original packaging, including all labels etc.

To initiate your refund please email or what's app team panic on +34 628509191 heylover@panicthemother.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and receive a returns label via email.

Please provide your full name, address, order number, the item details & the reason for returning.

Please note the cost of the return will be deducted from the final total returned to you once your return has been received. Please note return costs will be the same as shipping costs & will be a tracked service.

Customs duties and taxes on orders are non-refundable through PANIC THE MOTHER. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

How long does a return take to process?

Once returns have been received they will be processed within 5 working days.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email heylover@panicthemother.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we can better assist you.
